Can I claim back the VAT on the purchase price?
There is no lower limit for VAT registration and costs can be re-claimed on set up. Product it's likely to include VAT on sale, if you're selling services to consumers you may need to avoid registration to remain competitive.
Is there an option not to pay commission? We can give you a cost for this option if you prefer, but any additional support you need will be charged at an hourly rate.
What if want to sell the business?
The idea-bridge will also give you the route to sell your business with a reserve price and a bid system on a set timescale, similar to e-bay. As an Idea Bridge customer there wouldn't be a fee for this but we'd take 5% commission on sale to re-coup set up costs.
